So far, a dead heat between the Tribeca and the Aztek. Just as I thought.

One of these choices might not be your personal pick - if that's the case, please post your nominee here!

I vote Aztec. However, today they seem not to look quite as foul as when introduced
Just as on the Avalanche, they got rid of the grey plastic.
The Aztek and the Echo don't seem to be sold any longer.
Personally, I think that either the Honda Element or the Scion xB should qualify as the ugliest--and of the two, at least the xB has a relatively integrated design. The Element, however, looks as if a bunch of odd panels were just grafted on to the front end of a SUV that started out decently, but suddenly, at the rear door, everything just changes. Ugh.
Kia Amanti!
GAWD, this must be info gathering for updates to Erics book!
On that list, the only one that is not too ugly is the B9 Tribeca. I voted for the Toyota Echo, but the Avalanche remains an ugly made in Mexico fiasco.

Thank-you I thought I was the only one voting for this "u-gly" monster, nice to see someone else thinks so as well
They got rid of the cladding; but 2004 was th last year for these stink-pots, methinks. The B9's still in production! It reminds me of a cylon from the original "Batttlestar Galactica"... See:Originally Posted by jdm

I hate it also... a mutant Tonka truck... !Originally Posted by ColleenC2
You know, I have to agree... the faux Bentley front end treatment is almost as bad as those fake Rolls-Royce front ends you used to see grafted onto the noses of old Beetles!Originally Posted by misterdecibel

I'm not sure which is uglier, the vehicle or its name.Originally Posted by Kwozzie1

The early vehicles (Musso) we had in NZ and OZ were powered by Mercedes enginesOriginally Posted by misterdecibel
Daewoo had involvement at one stage but now its a Korean manufacturer which is part owned by the Chinese government.
Their top vehicle is the Chairman...... an older Mercedes body ....

Interestingly some Swedish friends bought a Musso to travel around OZ. They did some huge mileage including bush bashing virtually trouble free.Originally Posted by misterdecibel

I'm sure it's probably a decent car/truck. The Mercedes connection, with Asian construction quality, can't hurt.Originally Posted by Kwozzie1
