You can see a local pine plantation very well, and by the aerial you can see where I grew up in Wellington. Fist time I've ever seen that in one photo. Thankyou. [250 miles apart and a great drive and 20-mile ship crossing]I think I can see Rob's house.

Why doesn't the USA build a strategic herd of armed goats? You could train them to attack insurgent-held towns and oil wells.

Will they respond to nationalisation?
I rather favour the nationalisation of everything today. Sheep like it. Cows appear non-committal. But I worry that goats might be a seedbed for insurrection.
As I understand it, there are too many millions of acres of corn in the USA today to actually store, let alone convert to alcohol, so there may be a role for goats in eating the stuff as it rots on the ground, with the added prospect of tactical strike goat units.
