That one is part of the UK's 'THINK BIKE' advertising campaign and is aimed at getting car drivers to look more carefully before they pull out of junctions; Failure to check adequately is responsible for the majority of our SMIDSY (Sorry Mate I Didn't See You) accidents. Other efforts are large posters with catchy slogans such as 'Bends To Die For', 'Think Bike', 'Bends Dead? Ahead'. These posters are not permanent but are put up for a while then moved somewhere else. Because they are mobile they keep popping into drivers conciousness from various vantage points and reinforce the message far better than fixed posters which soon become just part of the scenery.Originally Posted by Eric
